I have an M1 offer (240k/1M/100k) in Seattle for an EM role. From what I see on levels, M1/E6 are comparable but I don’t know what the ranges are for negotiation purposes.
Is this offer reasonable or is there more wiggle room (assuming I have a competing offer)?

Stock has doubled since the offer so $250k stocks per year. And around another $70k in stocks vesting this year from refreshers. Base is now $165k and perf bonus is $35k
Adds up to ~$520k, and again, in Seattle.
Not counting on-call, peer and spot bonuses and $10k 401k match
Next year will probably cross $550k as L4, if the stock stays flat. Could hit $600k+ if it goes up lol
M1 ~= L66
