TC for DDR/Hardware validation

I'm in the Santa Clara region in the SF bay area. I have a Masters degree. Post my masters, I have almost 6 years experience in hardware and DDR validation. My base is 105k, RSUs are 13k. No bonus at WD. I know that I'm below market rate. Any thoughts on how much my current market rate is?
