Hi, I have an offer from Rally Health for software engineer II position. How much do you think I should ask for total compensation. I am also moving to SF Bay Area. Appreciate your suggestions.

YOE: 2 years.

    SE2 is little over entry level but still considered as entry.
    Rally health offers around 160k - 170k total comp for SE2 but more on 160k
    SSE get paid more upto 250 - 270k

      200k for SE at rally health is a far reach - at least I have not seen till now. Even rally low balls SSE people and give them SE comps. I would say that you are targeting at 160k - 170k but can try for 180-190k which depends on the interview.
      People are worried about optum merger but I think it’s fine as of now. Great people and great culture:
