I'm starting a new role at Facebook soon and would really like to try working on an infra team. I heard that a lot of the roles are c++ focussed and was wondering if it's hard to pickup if you've never written c++ before, and have limited experience with c. I've used Java extensively and have generally been able to pick up languages pretty quickly but I hear c++ is a different beast.
