I received an initial offer from Red Hat for Consulant position for their FSI team. Base : 120k Annual Bonus : 10% Does Red Hat generally give Sign on bonus/ Relocation bonus / Stock units for consultants? How much more can I negotiate if the position is at Tysons Corner / McLean? Yoe : 4

I can choose Raleigh or Virginia according to the recruiter but it does not matter where the position is located in general.

You got the signing bonus? What was the final tc?

The recruiter said they can go upto 125 base and 10% bonus. I rejected it as I had better offers.
