I don’t have any data to back this up but based on my interview experience, I’ve noticed that folks at Apple tend to have stayed longer at the company. Does anyone know why? #tech

A lot of other places seem to offer the biggest TC right when you join, which tends to reward people for only sticking around a short time and switching jobs every few years.
- drinking too much kool aid
- good tc
- good stock growth (related to tc, but different dynamics)
- good impact
- For much of Apple’s stack (Swift,
low level kernel etc.) Apple’s tc is among best. FANG, for example, tends to he heavy on Web/Distributed Systems/Cloud work.
