Does workday pay yearly bonus like rest of bay area companies? How are the pay hikes, bonus and yearly RSUs for a senior software engineer role? #workday

Bonus may be in place by this time next year. It's openly being discussed across the company. RSU refreshers are massive, especially for top performers. 91% of the company got a refresh last year.

When you say massive, how much? At my current company for my role(10+ years experience) they give around 50k to 100k depending on performance. Can you provide similar numbers from workday?

Also there’s the 50 RSUs that everyone gets every year if the company meets it’s extremely obtainable goals. With our stock price at what it is, it’s a pretty descent bonus in addition to the individual RSU refreshers every year.

Every year, they give 50 stock units assuming the company meets its goals, which should always does. As far as direct compensation in stock, my annual refresh is on the order of 30% of my base salary.
