Sendgrid support tickets take 2 weeks to answer regardless of account level, certain endpoints aren’t working, certain features don’t work, and a few weeks ago the wntire system was down. What’s going on with Sendgrid? Were there layoffs, management changes, or is Twilio sunsetting the platform? #engineering #software

Then you have a guaranteed response SLA. Reach out to your account manager and point that out. You’ll be escalated.
I wish I had a gaurenteed response time. There is a bug that has caused the Support profiles to be out of sync with the User Accounts. For example, I am a premium account holder, but my support tickets show me as free.
Could be something specific to your account. Reach out to your account manager. I haven’t heard anything being down except that one outage happened last week.
It takes them two weeks to reply to each request 😥
