My current job where I'm a Business int. Analyst at a startup, my total salary is $62k (started at 57k & got a 5k bonus after 1st year). In 4-5 months I'm going to get a
promotion once I complete 2 yrs, assuming it'll bring the total salary to be around $70-75K
Recently got an offer from Amazon for Business Analyst Level 4. The offer is $66K base, 17K sign-on bonus in 1st year & 12k in 2nd year & RSUs valued at $40k
vesting: 4 years I think the new offer is quite low, expecting base to be at-least $80k.
Any opinions or 2 cents would be highly appreciated.
