Strategy to get the attention of Microsoft recruiters ?
Tried looking up openings on LinkedIn, then applied on the Microsoft career portal and also got 3 friends to refer me thrice. In none of the instances did I get a single call from Microsoft, just automated emails thanking that I applied. Portal shows profile under review eternally, not sure what it means.
2 weeks ago a Microsoft sourcer reached out. She said that the recruitment portals are in a mess and unreliable, so she volunteered to put it in another system where hiring managers care to look. But ever since she has ghosted me. No response to LinkedIn messages or direct email to her MS inbox.
Not sure what's going on... Any advice?
I'm looking for principal program management positions and transitioning back to people management roles.
