Hey, I see a lot of negative reviews on the Harness. Is it still that bad there?

Did the engineering culture changed over time e.g. between A, B, and C rounds?

Is it bad due to top leadership CEO/CTO or middle managers?

    The trouble started with SVP not caring about local talent because he thought he can hire cheap contractors in Eastern Europe. Many people left disappointed. The quality went down and now company is desperate to hire.
    HR makes fake promises of growth but Management has no interest in keeping that.

    Salary and stock options are also low.

    So if you are desperate and have no other offers, Harness is a good place to spend some time. You will get used to staying awake late nights to attend a meeting.
