Finance management advice

Because of stock appreciation, real estate investment, and probably some hard work, I realized I have been entering the world of millionaires if not multimillionaires. My asset has become more complex than couple years ago when salary was my main source of income.

Now I have kids to feed and my time becomes limited. My portfolio is too risky imo and I’m looking for a finance advisor that can transform it into one that can generate stable income and optimize the grow itself.

What finance management firm/product would you recommend? Please share the experience if you have used it, or your own successful strategy. Thanks!
