  • Expect 3 parts: SQL, python, ML use case. I interviewed for same role, same team but For IC6.

    • SQL is easy, DS algo: Leetcode easy/low end medium.

For SQL: check the sql tutorial on mode.com. It will over 99pc of what you need to know to pass any sql interview.

Fwiw, it's data wrangling, not SQL. I interviewed for a similar position, albeit more senior, and you definitely can use pandas/dplyr if you're more comfortable with that. Both myself and a friend passed the phone screen without a single line of SQL.

For LC, I would say medium. But not getting the question perfectly and/or using hints isn't necessarily a deal breaker if you show that you can reason about algos / data structures and know how to code.

This resource helped me to prepare for my DS interview with Amazon. I think Meta should ask similar questions

When did you apply for this position? Did you apply with a referral? How long did it take for you to hear back regarding setting up a phone screen?
