Paytm vs Zeta vs Meesho vs Sharechat?

I am currently in final stages of interview with these companies and wondering which of these companies is best in terms of:
1. WLB
2. Work / Engineering culture & Growth
3. Better perks / Flexibility / Job security

Have confirmed offer from Paytm - 15 LPA

Role - SDE - 1/2, Android
Current TC - 5.5LPA
YOE - 2.4

I am very confident I get offers from atleast 2 of other 3 companies.
So want to know which company is better in terms other than compensation as it will help me better in negotiation.

I've heard the engineering culture is deteriorating at Sharechat, is it true?

I would be very grateful if anyone working / worked in above companies could shed some light what is culture, WLB etc is like at these companies.

PS: People who are voting, it would helpful if you could comment why choose certain company.

    Dude, Sharechat culture might be deteriorating but it's still a very good place to work. If you gets offer from Zeta or Sharechat join either of these.

      Yeah thinking of choosing the one offering better TC if there aren't much differences in culture / growth

    dude, why are you so focused on WLB? as a SE2 your focus should be on learning as much as possible in the shortest possible time. among all companies the difference in WLB will be ~20% and Zeta will be tough on WLB for sure... but it will also provide you the best learning and growth opportunity as they say nothing ventured nothing gained. all the best

      I am just looking for decent WLB. Occasionally putting extra hrs is okay, but constant overworking is not worth any amount of growth or learning as it has taken a toll on my health previously.

      Apart from that do you think Zeta has better Engineering growth / culture than Sharechat or Meesho, for Android Team?
