Just had initial convo with recruiter. Initial numbers they gave me are 180 base, 20% bonus, mid-300s stock, so TC in the mid-high 500s.
(I have 13 YOE, 5 as a manager, coming from a mix of large cos and startups, no FAANG.)

OP, if the recruiter only mentioned one number for the grants, it's over 4 years. You have to clarify this with them. They should know how stock vesting works as well. Ask questions if you need clarification, know about the difference between RSUs vs other forms of equity compensation if you are looking at startups or places like Netflix as well.
