Culture at Microsoft Azure Networking Support Team

Hi Blinders,

Can anyone give me an overview of the wlb and work culture at Microsoft Azure Networking Customer Support team?
I am currently at Nutanix and I have been offered Networking Technical Support Engineer at Microsoft Azure but at a considerably lower pay.
The only reason I am thinking of joining Microsoft is because of Green Card processing in a month.
Your guidance is very much appreciated on the same.
