Please suggest any CRM tool for handling simple forms and lists
I'm working as a volunteer for a local organization.
They have a very simple requirements.
1. We add a simple data to a list after filling a web form. It is basically a simple inventory management with less than 200-300 rows. Tool should be able to run queries and reports on the list.
2. Workflow management. Again very simple process, given a request, schedule a follow ups after 2-10 days, based on the kind of request. May be max 10-20 requests per week.
I do not see this growing more than this, as we already use givefeect.com which is doing well for pre-built volunteer/donor/campagin management tasks.
But doing simple form/list kind of tasks is very limited in this tool, do you guys have any suggestions for this kind of tool.
This tool will be used by max of 10 people.
I can build a simple website which will do these items, but expecting an easier way of doing this. Please help.
As this is a small volunteer organization free/cheap options are preferred.
