This poll asks you whether or not you personally believe transgender acceptance is good or bad for society. No reference to policies or laws is implied.
I got the idea from this link.

I started transitioning since the pandemic and haven't told my team/manager yet. Return to office is going to make it obvious.

There's no logic though that you can go hurt others or act terribly.
You do you is meant to mean an individual thinks and feels how they want.
I don't support their marriage rights under religious institution though. I have no problem with them doing court marriages or engaging in civil partnerships.
In Hindu Dharma, marriages are much more than relationships. They are meant to foster marriage as per Hindu law is a sacred bond, not a contract. Its purpose is fullfilling the obligations of the grhastha ashram, which is the most important ashram for the fulfillment of the first three purusharthas - Dharma, Artha and Kāma.
I have zero problems with them having court marriages or having civil partnerships. Hinduism has been the most liberal religion about transgender rights and has largely been accepting them since centuries. It is just that marriages, as a sacred bond in Hindu society, have much larger meaning that LGBTQIA+ peeps fail to notice.
Just curious, IF these are sacred truths, why does it matter whether a trans person is married through a ritual or not to someone else. Their dharma is their's to own, however imperfect, and to complete as they see fit.
You be you
Give it a few weeks for your team to adjust with pronouns n other formalities
Pew research is shit, don't over read crap and assume people will act against you. If you work in tech in a woke city life likely will be normal to you, in case of discrimination there are plenty of ways to report or publicize
If you're still at Microsoft, my understanding from the outside is that that's one of the most accepting of companies to be in for you.
You could find an ally first, someone you trust and/or someone at the company who's senior enough, or connected enough, to have your back so that if your team isn't as welcoming as mine was when in a similar situation, they can help you navigate to someplace friendlier.
Good luck on your journey!
And where is your tc?
