Joining a team in alexa org at amazon india As an sde1 in January.
Need help regarding what should i focus on for the first six months to not get piped.
Also what should i learn prior to coming here to be a good performer.
I already know JAVA. I would rate myself 3.5/5 i java.
Anything else i should know?
Please provide me a month by month roadmap if possible

You need to calm down and stop panicking so much before you even joining a job. Typically you will be rated as too new to rate in your first Performance review and by the time the second one comes up, you’ll be at a minimum 8-12 months into the company. Unless you have behavioral issues or a two digit IQ, you’ll be fine for the first six months.
Get a mentor, understand your role, project and continuously learn. You’ll be fine.
