Have a verbal offer from recruiter which is a down-level from principal position I applied to. Also needs me to relocate.
Base: 165 (Was told this is max and can’t be negotiated)
Bonus: 15%
Refresher: 0 to 60k performance based
Sign on Bonus : 50k (Was told this has room to negotiate)
Sign on RSU: 225K RSU vesting in 4 years (Can come up to 320k)
Am assuming this is 64 since recruiter confirms they won’t down level 2 levels.. Want to get some feedback before I make my decision.
Is this base low ? How does the overall offer look like ?
I had applied to similar positions in MS. Will rejecting this have any impact on other positions I have applied to or can I hope for interviews for those positions ?
