13 years experience tc??
How much TC I can expect from Amazon / Microsoft etc. I am around 13 years experience in networking/systems management/storage. I am in Bay area.
It depends more on your interview performance, not years of experience.
Offer is for L6 or possibly L7
L6 is good for your exp.. if you get l7 then its awesome. I have seen people with 25 - 30 years of exp getting hired as l6.. but that should not be considered as bar..they realise after joining that they made a wrong decision

What would the split look like?. Any bonus per year?. I have heard that the base gets caps around $180k for L6. Is that true. Any sign on bonus.
Cap is throughout amazon and not just for L6. When are you expecting an offer ? Has the interview already happened ?
Yes, I heard that they are working on offer. I wanted to have the homework done before I talk to them
It will depend on what level you are offered... I have seen amazon offering lower level to people with good amount of experience. But mostly it is becuase of poor performance in interview.
