Apple folks, is 160k rsu standard for ict4? They dont negotiate unless they get higher up approvals. I have 180k-190k stock for 4 years currently. However, Apple doesnt match or beat unless the difference is very large and have to show proof. They are giving 50k sign-on. YOE: close to 6 in SW QA side. BTW, I am not currenty working at Amazon.
Which org? I'm an ICT3 and I got 300k RSU because I had an equivalent competing offer. I'm in IS&S.
160k is what I got as starting ICT4 RSUs but that was over 4 years ago.
Pretty low especially with all time highs
From what I understand it can vary wildly depending on which vertical/business unit you are hiring into.
Varies. ict4 is a wide band and different job functions pay differently. I got $500k for ict4 with competing offers.
Your offer sounds a lot like the one I just accepted with similar YOE. I'm in design though. And this was after I negotiated them up.
I’ve never seen an individual award larger than 160/4 yet. Usually if I want more they try to toss in another one mid year.
Check levels.fyi .. wtf!
160k is the standard package for ict4 if you do not have any competing offers. Refreshers for meeting expectations will be ~120k for ict4, so you can calculate your TC in year 2,3, and 4. At this point, you can either accept the offer or continue interviewing with other companies. Or do both.
160k RSU is what I recently got and I’m ICT4. When we negotiated, RSUs were the one thing that didn’t change. From what I’ve seen of my peers, this is standard. I’ve also heard Apple refreshers are better than most, but I haven’t been there long enough to experience firsthand.
Yeah I think they gave decent base/bonus. Rsu seemed odd. I didn’t have competing offer and rsu difference was covered by sign-on, so fighting it didn’t seem right.
ICT4 here, got 160k RSU upon joining
