    Lol. In every market you will have unrealistic sellers as in this case. Calling this one example as evidence of a bubble bursting is ridiculous.

      Yes. Also seller was probably unrealistic at first and then became desperate - over indexed other way.

    • Buyers back out of deals all the time. The fact that another buyer didn’t step in to fill the void left behind may be indicative of perceptions. One data point is meaningless....this would need to become a trend in order for it to be meaningful.

    Not necessarily bubble bursting, but more of the fact that higher end homes in the $1.5 million range are going to sit on the market for longer. Those that can afford those homes are probably already in one, or would only pay that amount (or more) if it was in a better location, like Peninsula
