Get FB E6 and then get Roblox Principal. You are resetting your career by starting as a senior again if you are close to a staff. Absolutely not worth it. Roblox is not going to go 5X by the time you become E6 and try again

  It can most definitely go up and more. The chances of Roblox going 5x is much higher than Facebook going 5x. Also, from what I hear our culture and wlb is much better. Also, even if you get E6 at FB and then reinterview, there’s no guarantee you’d get IC5 here.
