I have an offer from Palo Alto Networks for Senior Software Engineer . But I am feeling like I am being lowballed here. Can anyone please share the salary expectations.How much should actually I ask for?
YOE: 1.5 yrs
Current TC: 130k base
Palo Alto TC: 145k base + 25 k rsu for 4 years + no sign on bonus and 12 percent bonus every year.

In my opinion the offer is good for 1.5 years experience. Take it. You can try to negotiate more RSU
Unless you have an amazing offer from another company, asking for that big of a bump is not a good idea at this point.
Sorry.
So 130k base is complete lowball even considering panw inflated titles.
I like PANW as a company, but even I would pass on this unless I had no other option.
Maybe you can get more RSUs or something, but I don't think you have much to negotiate with unless you have multiple significantly higher offers at relevant companies.
