Hi I wanted to share my experience on interviewing with LivePerson company in Seattle The screening was a for loop question literally, then the on-site had no problem solving questions at all I had three design rounds and some chatting with the director and finally chatting with HR Overall the design questions were not super challenging, just typical stuff The HR though was a bit weird, it was over the phone so I was walking to my car while she was telling the history of the company in the past 20 years :) when she heard some noise she paused and said you need to focus with me and understand what I say because I’m gonna ask questions .. LOL A week later she sent an email saying they decided not to go forward, I asked for any reason and she never responded back Hope this would help some one else out there
Same here, although I was the one that decided not to proceed. Three phone interviews and they kept asking the same basic questions. Then a fourth one at 7:00am with the CIO or something. At this point I already have two offers, and two way more important interviews for the same week so I politely tell them I won't proceed. Their reply - wait, this is your final interview, everyone else liked you a lot! They were going to hire me without a real interview, this is a big red flag.
Stay away from this trash company.
Culture of "keeping the bar as low as possible". Avoid.
Just wonder what position you were interviewing for?
Shitty old school company with assholes in it
Why interviewed with such an unknown shit company? Do you know their TC range? Is that competitive?
