Facebook failed, google failed.
Im dumb for these companies.
At least i will not be solving leetcode for this year anymore. Good luck to every brave heart who is going through coding interviews in big4.

  • Or, solve leetcode every day (nothing big, like 1 problem per day) so you won't start over next time you want to interview

    So...try for another company? There are literally hundreds of companies that will offer 6-figure salaries to competent engineers. Failing to get into google or Facebook doesn’t mean anything. It’s like not getting accepted into stanford but ending up at MIT. Or not getting into Harvard or Yale, but ending up at Google. There’s always something else out there. I don’t get why people get so hung up on the big popular name companies. So many people don’t even try for anything else. Go on Angel List and look at how many startups are hiring with 6-figure starting salaries plus equity in the company. Maybe it’s not the instant $100k in RSUs a Facebook offer may come with but so what? Chances are the product will be far more interesting, you’ll be able to make more of an impact, and if it takes off, your equity will be worth 10x anything from Facebook.

  • You only failed FB and G. Lots more to fail at like Uber, Lyft, Apple. Keep going, even if you don’t want those companies you can interview at them to get practice.
