I have hears people advising against buying homes near power lines or cell towers, but what about houses close to cemeteries or a funeral home.

I am not concern d about ghosts or zombie attacks, but still want to read the room on this.

Some people are afraid. You won’t be able to sell to them. But you might be able to buy at a better price and then sell to someone else who doesn’t care.

Can be great as long as you don't mind and you plan to live there forver. Generally they make poor rentals and are hard to resell otherwise.
