Hey folks,
Do people leave amazon to go to Spotify?
I am an sde2 in amazon and will be interviewing for senior backend engineer role at spotify.
On blind, rating for both these companies are similar and it seems spotify pays very less.
Does it make sense to go to spotify ?
I really hate staying at amazon and want to get out of here ASAP, but in this hate don't want to rush through any decision.
Would like to hear real life experience from people who have moved from amazon to spotify and if they are happy with their decision.

Decision making is slow, hard to take ownership sometimes due to lack of urgency from other colleagues and no bonus etc.
That being said, great product, relatively good culture compared to other tech companies and good place to chill and work, not much pressure.
