Can the Blind community be characterized as “permabear”

So this is totally anecdotal, but the Blind community seems aggressively bearish.

If a major tech stock misses earnings (Meta, Netflix, etc), there are multitudes of posts about the tech bubble popping.

If there is any aggressive downward market movement (case in point, last week), there are multiple very highly engaged posts about how a recession is imminent/already here

I’ll be the first to admit that my sentiment here is not scientific - its fully possible (maybe even probable) that I just feel that the larger Blind community is permabear because these are the posts that stand out to me (maybe speaking to implicit fear oh my end? Probably need to see a shrink anyways TBH), but I’m wondering…

Does anyone else get the feeling that Blind is majority permabear? If so, do you think that this sentiment translates to the larger tech worker population, or is it just this platform?

Look it’s fun to have a giant reaction to a short term phenomenon and make sweeping predictions of the future of a company or the entire economy based off of it.

I can’t share information obviously but I will say that I put a huge amount into our stock option program this year and feel very good about it because our options last 10 years. I think in general everyone’s stocks will do good again after we are past this economic slump and we will be it’s only a matter of time.

My unscientific guess is that Blind is full of younger tech workers who haven't lived through previous major economic swings. Some of these posters act as if they've never seen a stock dip before. lol
