Got an email from HR and I was told the interview results are very positive. They want to extend an offer and ask me my expected compensation. What is the salary and TC I should ask for? I did not find much info about Niantic.
9 years total working experience and current Senior SDE at Microsoft Azure.

Unrelated: Line engineers are good and nice to work with. Managers are either overworked or very political. Ed Wu or Niniane Wang (just to take a few examples) are mediocre leaders at their best. Ed Wu was recently demoted to be responsible for the platform pieces after Niniane faught tooth and nail to be in charge of Pokémon Go because it has revenues. I have been told there are many examples of favoritism even though I have not witnessed any personally. Good luck and tell us if you end up joining and how much you were able to negociate!
