Hello Blind fam!
I'm a Mechanical Engineer by profession and Aerospace by background looking to move out of the aerospace industry (pay sucks!). Wondering if anyone out here has any insights into work culture, pay, operating rhythm, or any general insights into a similar job at Amazon (likely Project Kuiper or Prime Air).
I'm also hoping to pursue an evening MBA (conditional acceptance for Fall) so would eventually want to move into a less technical role. Would appreciate some thoughts!

That being said, the RSU compensation makes a boat load of difference between the two.
Also, not a lot of flexibility at Blue Origin in terms of types of roles or location. You're stuck doing what you do for a while. Just part of a smaller company. They seem to be valuing "depth" a lot more than "breadth".
