Elon Musk leadership style

He is one of the best brains on the planet. But why is it that we never hear about anyone else working in his companies. It seems he never gives credit to anyone. I am sure there are plenty of people working under him who would have contributed the company success but we never hear about them. If something goes wrong he is quick to blame an engineer. #tech

    One time I worked there and my team had meetings with him pretty consistently because he decided to tweet about our project and promised a ridiculous deadline to the public. We had meetings at 8pm Friday and Sunday with him. He let some of us go due to layoffs but still kept boasting about the project launch to the public. When all was done we got 0 credit, 3 people on the team were fired, we worked 100 hour weeks and no one got promos.
