I just joined google recently as Senior software engineer , Unfortunately my manager is always aggressive , stressed and she loves micromanagement.
This is unfortunately not the kind of experience I was expecting at Google after one month of finishing my orientation.
I have 10+ years of experience in Software engineering and Management In corps and startups and I can say with confidence this is the worst manager I've ever worked with.
What is the ideal solution for this situation , Is it possible to switch the team ?? and what is the right procedure to do it.
I want to move forward, grow and focus on my career development , please advise .

but to be realistic ,This is a hard personality trait to handle especially for your direct manager
What is the deadline stress like? Daily, weekly? Was this a pre-existing deadline? (you there only 30 days right?)
Results... how long are you taking before showing the results?
Not saying long term, but flipping it around by bubbling up the task status before she even has time to ask about it. Showing results early and often to get feedback, ask for her thoughts and get her invested like she helped 'mold' the solution and you to then turn her into an advocate (like she proud of what she accomplished when she sees your results).
She will quickly stop asking for status. Will stop being unsatisfied with your results. Need more details on the deadline stress to offer input.
