I got an offer from Upwork as a Sr Product Manager. The offer is $170 plus 10k bonus plus 32 K stocks.

Is this usual or I am being grossly underpaid for an FTE role?

    That is on par with what they pay. You can negotiate some, but you also need to look at the total picture. From friends who work there I have heard that it is an extremely humane environment. They get a lot of days off, good stock match and very appealing work hours. If that isn't what you want then you can get higher TC elsewhere for sure, but it can be nice to just coast.
