Are BU's impacted by Cisco layoffs?

I'm getting a Duo Security offer that's gonna be a significantly vital career move for me, especially with the IaC tech stack I'll be working with and exposed to. Fully remote, and TC seems to be satisfactory considering my current TC after 4.5 years.

However I've been reading Cisco reviews on glassdoor and apparently theres layoffs like every 6 months.
I was super stoked but now I'm scared shi*less!
But at the sane time, this will be a significantly good move for my future.

I've been thinking about this for the past 3 days and I literally cant sleep.

I heard BU's like meraki amd Duo are cash generators so they dont get impacted but at the same time theres not many reviews/posts about individual BU's like there is Cisco.

During the interviews I loved meeting the team, even the managers were super excited. They all seemed new and working towards something big. Never experienced this level of enthusiasm in interviews I've had before.
