What do I do post consulting?

Hey blind community. Looking for advice on what path I should take post-consulting. I've been at Accenture for 2 years now (Toronto Office) as a "consulting analyst". Will be getting promoted to consultant in the next 2 months.

If there's anything I've learned from working its that I value three things: Team, compensation, and type of work. While my team is great at Accenture, my TC is not so good and work is mundane and boring (yay ppt). I'm still young (23) so don't care too much about work-life balance - I want to optimize for compensation and learning.

Here's my thoughts on next steps:
1) Lateral to MBB and stick it out in consulting for 1-2 years for a better brand and TC increase, then decide next steps then
2) LC for a couple months and try my hand in SWE (I have 0 coding experience but am a quick learner so confident I can pick it up if I give a solid shot)
3) lateral to Product Management roles
4) Exit consulting for biz ops/corp dev/S&O roles (already received a verbal offer from tech in their S&O division for 120k base +40k RSU, this is pre-negotiation and formal offer so subject to change)

I know a career is a marathon and not a sprint - I also know that I'm not happy in consulting and haven't really been learning anything. I'll also take ownership for being lazy for the last year during COVID, and just phoning it in and doing just enough to impress leadership.

Happy to hear your perspectives, blind community!

TC: $90
