i started working in 2012 in finance sector and below is my salary chart for last 7 years. all bay area.. 2012-61k 2013-71k 2014-85k 2015-85k 2016-85k 2017-140k 2018-140k 2019-160k Cash Savings-65k 401k -157k debt -30kcar loan emi 433$pm post november uber stock lockup expiration i expect to have additional 100k cash post taxes. i dont know what to ask here though?

Dud I wokr in Finance and same age and I make way less! I I really wanna get out of finance or maybe get out of my company and move somewhere else. My company is just so slow and I don’t think things will go anywhere

No just have under grad/ undergrad in Finance. Learning some programming now and see where it takes me I work as a business analyst in Boston and make no where close to what u are making. I’m Indian too and the only brown in my whole division haha.
