At MSFT, when you join as L61 SDE 2, how much time do you have to ramp up especially if you do not know the tech stack? During ramp up, how much help is acceptable? Like how much help can manager and L63 provide?
What is the pip process at the company? I read about ir and zr. How rare is it?
Generally, how competitive it is at this company? When you help others or get help, does it look bad on performance review?
