22 Years Experience as Oracle DBA and SRE looking

20 years as DBA/Architect/Developer and 2.5 years as an SRE. Manager is going to crazy hours where we have to do 7x12 hour oncall shifts every 3 weeks and do it overnight. Hard no from me. Yeah I'm looking internally, but manager may block transfer since whole team is looking to GTFO. Open to either DBA or SRE. Prefer SRE. I am more of a junior SRE to be honest, but my other experience helps me ramp up fast. Live in DC area. US Citizen. Can pass government background checks. Vaxed. Greatly Prefer Remote.
