[India] Is Uber revising their pay structure ?

With the recent revision in salary of amazon,
Does uber has lost the edge that it was providing over amazon.
Strictly speaking I'm aware about sde 1 and sde 2 only,
Amazon Base and total Tc is now better than Uber.
In the past people from amazon used to jump the ship to Uber.
But it won't happen now unless Uber also increases their pay for sde's.
Will Uber adjust to the market sooner or only after the damage being done?

Hence I'm staying. Because I can't crack SDE 3 just yet no matter how much I try. Although the new Amazon SDE III comp at 1.9 Cr is 70% higher than what I make. Sigh.
Still, insane money no other company can match.
G L5, Lin Staff will top out around 1.5 with bonuses and stuff.
