What’s the on-site technical interviews like? I’m assuming it’s actual white boarding with no IDE or compiler?
At the beginning of this year they were doing them over zoom. I think they were done on coderpad which bad a whiteboard area, but also has an ide. I don't know if they're still doing virtual on-sites.

18 hours to start it? Or the assessment isn’t even timed to begin with?
There would be a telephone screen and an assignment. Then you will be called for a Virtual Power Day consisting of two Job Fits, one Case and one Behavioral.

Capital one TC would be peanuts imo.
What makes you say that? And what companies have better TC that follow a similar interview process?
