Recently got a Google Hardware L5 offer (after negotiation and no competing offer)
Base: $210k
Target bonus: $31.5k(15%)
RSU: $500k/4 (front load 33,33,22,12)
Sign on: $30k
Target TC: 436k(yr1), 406k(yr2)
Is this a strong offer? Or just a average offer? Seems like recruiter is not able to get it better.
Also according to the news today, do you think Amazon will raise the pay range for L6 hardware to be >400K? Would appreciate all suggestions and thoughts.
Current TC: 350K @ $3150 stock price
YoE: 10

Offer is good, just be aware that promo to L6 at Google is hard and does not increase comp much.
Also what kind of HW: Systems, Validation, SI or board level
