Hi,
I have been interviewing for a leadership role at UberEats and have cleared a few rounds of interviews. My recruiter informed me now I have to present a business case to grow the Uber Eats business in a market exponentially in a relatively small time frame. Apparently, we are not provided any data but have to start with our knowledge of market and assumptions.
Has anyone witnessed or presented such an exercise? Any tips on do's and don'ts will be really helpful.
