Hi, I am looking for 2B2B apartments in downtown Seattle starting first week of June. Someone please suggest some good apartments that I can look at? My budget is < $3k. I have looked at few apartments on apartments.com not sure how much I can trust from the pictures.
Check on Zillow. There is a lot of vacancy in the downtown core, but prices are staying pretty steady or counterintuitively going up. Not a lot of room to negotiate with the big management companies, as they would rather sit on vacant stock than lower prices &shrug;
Are there some big management companies that I can look at?
Equity Residential (will fuck you over on a lease renewal, but 1st year might be reasonable). AVA (malicious gaming of their own systems to fool themselves that "market rate" is higher than it really is). There are others. I'm sure they are all just as bad as each other, only in different ways.
