Join part-time or full-time - Startup with exponential growth.

Hi Everyone, Earlier this year, we started working on a startup with a great ambition to make a one-stop marketplace. Fortunately, after months of hit and trial, we were able to find the perfect product-market fit. We are growing, growing really fast. About me - Indian origin - Moved to the US around 5 years back for studies - Ex salesforce product Economist and software engineer. Started 3 companies in college - 1 failed and 2 Successful( Micro successful) English is my second language, and I know 5 languages in total! Team - Hired 2 folks overseas to work on product and marketing - Their salary was funded by my other companies. What about investment? We are currently in process of raising the seed round. Talking with few firms in the bay area. I have been personally funding the product and marketing for the last 6 months. Why keep it stealth here? The initial team worked really hard to get our product-market fit and would like to take extra measures to protect it. I know this is not conventional advice but the cons out list and pros. Selected users would be shown the product. Location- Bay Area. Just moved to SF from Texas (around 25 days back) to raise initial funding. Pay- We will try to match the pay. Also, really good equity! I understand the dilution sucks so would personally make sure you're given the right equity. What kind of person would fit the role? 1. You love building products - Apps/Websites. 2.
