So girlfriend is stuck in India due to Biden thinking that tax paying H1B visa holders are same as the tourists that come to get a picture taken with Mickey Mouse at Disney.
(I like that Biden is a lot more watchful than Trump but this is ridiculous)
We're considering using the "last 14 days in India" part of the proclamation. Essentially go to Mexico from India, which you can do thru Lufthansa. Stay in Mexico for 14 days, and then fly to the US.
Are we crazy for thinking this? Anyone did this or something similar to this?
