My realtor got laid off and mentioned 40% people were let go due to housing business down drastically.

Thinking of not selling my house anymore as there are no buyers in the market, what do you guys think?

There are lots of buyers but yea why would anyone sell now? (To be fair I'm I'm the never sell real estate every camp so may have a hard time understanding why anyone ever sells real estate)
