Best way to create a simple will/living trust?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a website/software to use to create a relatively simple will? I want to outline what should happen to our primary residence, one rental, and some brokerage accounts and who my kids should go to should something happen to my spouse and me, hopefully without having to pay an attorney. Has anyone used Legalzoom or Nolo for this? Would love any tips!
