Declined an interview 2 months ago but they reached back out. What’s the wlb, pay, eng culture, general leadership like?
Apparently they are hiring a lot of engineers from Uber and their new cto is also ex uber. They also hired a new head of product who is an ex lyft. Sounds promising to me but idk if home fit tech is viable long term with gyms reopening. The recruiter said base I can expect somewhere in 180/210 range
Current tc 200k + 20k/year, wouldn’t join without at least a 15% raise
